Trance #2 - The Lonely Soldier

No, I was not kidding about 1 trance track a week for a year. It's my blog, and I love trance. I hardly get time to really listen to it anymore, so it's just as much for me as torturing you lot. If it gets a bit much, just don't hit play.....

Love the smooth build to this track. This remix by Solarstone is a little more rushed than the original, but still holds faithful.
Such a simple melody, but it holds the track all the way through in my mind as there is just enough variation to how it's used.
The human voices definitely elevate the track to a higher level. Even when the beat drops halfway in, the voices carry the track and keep you invested.

I'm a solid Solarstone fan. We will be hearing quite a few of his tracks over the trance year.
