Dan and I have been talking about fan testing houses for years and it is just so exciting to see it broken down and documented as well as this!
I wish I had the time to do something like this at our place.
That said, I will revisit this blog entry and simply try and pick up the points that match up…. San Diego is not that far from Temecula, and given the way houses are built (cookie cutter), I suspect that our two houses are pretty similar.
Bottom line is this, you can make your house a lot more efficient by sealing up all the little leaks…. Your time starts…… NOW!
