Light fluffy entertainment, a few good chuckles, but most of the jokes are strained, and deliberately set up just to get a laugh.
The sad part is that some of the mid-life crises that the actors try and pass off can be a little true, but its dealt with in an off handed way, so has little value or effect in the movie.
It was a nice night out with the boys, but a Linux / Windows install fest with a few beers would have been more fun.
