Its a pretty silly saying, and its not even true, snot usually sticks like crazy, but for the purposes of this blog entry, lets just pretend that it is pretty slippery….. (how did I end up going there?!?!)
It rained for about 2 hours this morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It started about 1/2 before Amy and I had to leave for school / work on the bike. I wont say what she called me when I said we were still going to take the bike, not the car like she begged me for.
Try to imagine how slippery the roads are after not having had any water on them for about 5 months…… They were pretty slick let me tell you!
Anyway, it all just made me miss my bike gear all the more. Its started to get cold, and now that its wet as well…….. Im just glad that Gary is using it and its working well for him.
(One of these days I will find a bike shop where I can buy some replacement gear from).
