We liked the house.
We wanted to make an offer on the house….. There were a few rules they put in place……..
It was pretty simple. They were not accepting offers for the first 8 days. This was to give people time to look and not jump the gun.
From day 8 to day 14 they were accepting offers. On day 14 they would start a little bidding war and thus make the most amount of money.
We put our offer in on day 13 only to have the agent ring us back pretty promptly and explain that for some reason they sellers had accepted an offer the day before and thus the house was sold.
